For the love of Basketball

I know my presence from my writing has been kind of put on hold. I just wanted to create this because it’s been on my mind.

I remember when basketball games were fun to watch. Back when Kobe Bryant dominated every game when he stepped his feet on any court. Against any team in the NBA.

I remember when players weren’t continually scrutinized. And the refs weren’t fouling players left and right. That’s when basketball was fun to watch.

I remember when they didn’t continually change the color of the basketball court floors and the stadiums were full of exciting, and loud fans.

I remember when it was the finals and not the NBA cup.

I remember all those times when I go back and think when basketball was the funnest sport to watch.

I’m so happy to see the Cleveland cavaliers dominate the game of basketball day in and day out. You make every Cleveland fan so very proud. Keep doing what you’re doing.

To the Los Angeles lakers, I’ve seen how dedicated your team has become and how much you want to continue to advance. It’s been fun to watch you guys play.
